Meeting Notes reuses the same language choice as Dictation:
  • English
  • Multi-language
That means you do not configure meeting transcription separately. If Dictation is set to Multi-language, Meeting Notes follows it.

Supported Languages

Multi-language supports 25 European languages, including:
  • English
  • Italian
  • German
  • Spanish
  • Russian
  • French
  • Portuguese
  • Dutch
  • Swedish
  • Polish
  • Ukrainian
  • And more

Notes And Titles Follow The Meeting Language

Snaply detects the meeting language from the transcript and writes generated titles and notes in that same language. If the meeting is in Italian, German, Spanish, or another supported language, the generated output follows that language too.

When to Use the Multi-Language Model

Choose the multi-language model when:
  • Your meetings are not English-only
  • Your team switches languages
  • You regularly record meetings in languages such as Italian, German, Spanish, or Russian

Where to Change It

You can change it from:
  • Settings -> Dictation
  • The language selector in the Meeting Notes setup card
