# Organize And Find Meetings

> Use folders, list and calendar views, search, bulk actions, and folder-specific settings to manage saved Meeting Notes.

Meeting Notes is more than a single stream of recent recordings. You can organize saved meetings into folders, browse them as a calendar, and search across the content you have already captured.

## List And Calendar Views

The Meeting Notes home page can show recent meetings as:

* **List**: a compact Finder-style view with folders and meeting rows.
* **Calendar**: a weekly calendar with meetings placed at their recording times.

Use the view control in the Meeting Notes header. To choose the default, open **Settings -> Meeting Notes -> Default recent meetings view**.

The **Recent meetings** folder remains available from the list view even when you organize meetings into custom folders.

## Create And Use Folders

From the Meeting Notes list:

1. Choose **Create a folder**.
2. Give the folder a name.
3. Open it and use **Add meeting** to place existing sessions inside it.

Folders can be nested. Use a folder's context menu to rename it, create a child folder, or delete the folder tree. Removing a meeting from a folder does not delete the meeting itself.

## Folder Settings

Each folder can define:

* A default notes template for meetings added to that folder.
* A local Markdown export path for notes in that folder.

Folder settings are useful when different kinds of meetings belong in different note systems, such as a project folder, a customer folder, or a personal one-on-one folder.

## Search And Bulk Actions

Meeting search can search across titles, generated notes, and transcripts. You can narrow it by date range, including today, this week, the last 30 days, or a custom range.

In a list, activate selection mode to select several meetings, select all visible meetings, and delete them together. Deleting a meeting removes its saved session and associated audio; it is separate from simply removing the meeting from a folder.
