# Snaply

> Explore Snaply for Mac: fast AI dictation, a writing assistant for cleaner text, and automatic meeting notes with transcripts and follow-up help.

**[Snaply](https://snaply.ai) is AI, designed for your Mac.**

It gives you three workflows you can reach for all day:

* **[AI dictation](/dictation/overview)** when you want to talk instead of type
* **[Writing Assistant](/writing-assistant/overview)** when you want to fix grammar, polish tone, or rewrite fast
* **[Automatic meeting notes](/meeting-notes/overview)** when you want a transcript, a summary, and follow-up tasks without doing cleanup by hand

Snaply is **local-first**. Dictation, meeting recordings, transcripts, and history are designed to stay on your Mac. It feels fast because it lives close to your keyboard, your apps, and the work you are already doing.

## Private, Fast, Local

Snaply is built around Mac-native workflows that stay out of your way. Dictation runs locally. Meeting recordings and transcripts stay on your Mac. Writing help and meeting follow-up can also run locally with the built-in model.

That means the default experience is simple: speak, write, record, search, and follow up without turning Snaply into another workspace you have to manage.
